Rated 1 out of 5 by BrahS Z10 is Done
After being on my third Z10 I am unfortunately done with the product. The first two were from a bad batch when the phone first came out which happens and even though it tested my patience I stuck with BlackBerry now I am on my third from a different Bell store, everything worked great until I did a software update well that's where everything went off course. Now I am stuck with a third Z10 that does not work and there's no way I am going to a fourth so I am done.
Everything the Z10 can do is amazing but when it comes down to the software BlackBerry dropped the ball on this product yet at the same time I've heard they've refined QNX with the Q10 so I will be heading towards that direction..

Rated 5 out of 5 by pzmama Proud Blackberry User!
I am a very proud blackberry user and LOVE the new Z10 :) The only thing that disappoints me is that Blackberry hasnt come out with the better Bridge app for the playbook. Hoping that will come soon as I love my playbook as well as my now mini lol.
The battery isnt great, most days I do have to charge it by the end of the day, some days it lasts longer than others. I LOVE dropbox on it :) SO handy. It is such a powerful little device.

Rated 5 out of 5 by sara1 Overall Amazing Phone
I have recently purchased the z10 and I am a big fan. Over the years I have had many phones including at least three other BlackBerry devices and an iPhone. This phone trumps them all in my opinion.
Discussing the battery life I have heard many say the z10 is lacking. I would strongly disagree. With extended heavy use (youtube, etc) my battery lasts well over a day. With previous devices I would be lucky to get 8 hours.
The phone is so easy to use and flows extremely well. I enjoy being able to keep certain tabs running and being able to actually see my running apps in a seperate screen.
The camera is GOOD but I still enjoy some other devices cameras better. I would however like to point out how BlackBerry has IMPROVED the camera though compared to older devices. The difference is amazing.
For those concerned with the lack of apps I wouldn't worry. I have only had the phone for a month and already I am able to get more apps I previously had on my other devices.
Finally, the only dislike I do have was suimply to do with a faulty device. My phone would freeze and turn off but a factory restore quickly fixed the problem.
All in all I would give the phone a 9.5/10 and definitely a worthwhile investment. Plus I do enjoy being able to support a local company!

;BBZ10 is the product without good applications. I have used Iphone and now I am using z10. I am not feeling comfortable with this device. Those who have used iphone will not like this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tushar Die hard fan of android switched to Z10
I had never used a blackberry before this surprisingly amazing phone.
I was a die hard fan of android and use to recommend android to every one .
after looking this Z10 and using it for more than a month .. I can say this phone is a beast and no other phone can beat it .
it is strong from outside , the OS 10 is so light that it really do not need a heavy processor . I have never seen this phone got hung etc even while playing games ,music and sending emails at a same time by just swiping the screen . i can write pages on this phone .
I am proud I bought this super fast, extremely good looking and handy phone .

This phone needs its own solar panel so it can stay charged, I cant make it till lunch without having to charge it up again. It is still missing quite a few things from the Torch and just not as functional as I would like it. I think it is going back just for the battery life more than anything.
