Bell's local access services provided in locations where the CRTC continues to regulate such services are governed by Bell's Regulated Terms of Service, and the service specific Terms and Conditions specified in the applicable tariffs, below (together the "Terms of Service"). These Terms of Service describe our customers' rights and obligations, as well as those of Bell.
Bell's local access services provided in locations where the CRTC has forborne from regulating such services are governed by Bell's Unregulated Terms of Service - Voice and Internet (Business Customers - effective November 21, 2011), and the service specific Terms and Conditions below (together the "Terms of Service"). These Terms of Service describe our customer's rights and obligations, as well as those of Bell.
