  • How to order

    It's easy to order your new service online.

    You'll get confirmation of your order details, including the connection date and new phone number, by e-mail within 2 to 3 business days.

    You'll be able to choose a long distance plan and order Calling Cards and optional features like Call Display at the same time.

    You'll be able to transfer your other Bell services (cell phone accounts, Internet access and television services) to your new address.

    Orders take about 2 business days to process, so make your request as soon as possible.

    If you'll need a visit from a technician, well schedule an appointment from Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    If you don't need a technician, then you'll have a dial tone on your line by 10 a.m. on the assigned connection date. If your line isn't working by 10 a.m., contact the Repair Centre by dialling 611 from another phone.
