Online bill manager
The Online Bill Manager service from Bell gives you online access to your statements, customizable reports, the ability to allocate expenses across your organization, and the option to pay your bills using pre-authorized, one-time debit payments, electronic funds transfer or wire transfers.
The Online Bill Manager service is currently available to Bell business clients, covering a range of services and charges, including Internet, broadband, outright sales, long distance, voice, toll free, data packet, equipment charges, other charges and credits, and directory advertising information. More account types will be added to the service in the future. The Online Bill Manager offers:
- Power – Analyze your billing details using online reports.
- Freedom – Access your Bell statements on the Web anytime, anywhere.
- Convenience – Pay your bills automatically each month.
Please note: Online Bill Manager is not available for services such as Bell Mobility and Bell TV.

Sign up for the Online Bill Manager service using an easy step-by-step online registration. Make sure you have your latest account invoice, then choose one of the following registration methods:
Clients with an existing Bell Business Portal username
If you already have a Bell Business Portal username (yourname@eportal.com), simply log into the business portal and go to the registration centre page.
Clients without a Bell Business Portal username
If you don't have a Bell Business Portal username, fill out an easy step-by-step form.
