Activate a prepaid phone

What you'll need to get started

  • A Bell physical SIM card or EID number (for eSIM activations). The 32-digit EID number can be found in your device settings
  • A Bell mobile phone or other phone that’s compatible with our network
  • Credit card or bank account information if you wish to sign up for an automatic top-up program or Express Top Up (learn more)
  • Account details from your current provider if you're transferring your number to Bell
