Download instructions

  1. Download
    • Save the downloaded file to a location on your computer's Desktop. (We recommend that you download the installer file to your computer's Desktop to make it easy to find.)
    • Once the download is complete, disconnect from the Internet - exit your browser, then click Disconnect in your Access Manager window, or dialer window (if you're using a regular modem for this download).

  2. Install
    • Locate the downloaded file, then double-click it to start the installer.
    • Follow the instructions in the installer windows. Do not interrupt or cancel the installation procedure!
    • After your computer has restarted, follow the instructions below to connect to the Internet.

  3. Setup
    • Double-click the Access Manager icon on the desktop.
    • Double-click the Create New Profile icon in the Access Manager Profiles window.
    • On the first screen that appears, type a name for your connection, such as "My Connection".
    • On the next screen, type your User Name and Password in the appropriate boxes.
    • When you see a message that a server has been located, click Next.
    • On the last screen, click Finish.
    • In the Profiles window, double-click on the profile you have just created.
    • Click Connect to connect to the Business Internet High Speed service.

Note: Although Access Manager will uninstall automatically whenever a new version is installed, it is preferable if you manually uninstall your old version of Access Manager before installing the new version.
