Call Forwarding for Bell Mobility cell phones 

Forward your incoming calls to another phone number.

How it works

What type of device do you have?

EVDO/1XRTT

  1. To turn Call Forwarding on, dial *72#, the area code and then the number you wish to forward your calls to, then press SEND.
  2. To turn Call Forwarding off, dial *720 and press SEND.
  3. You will always hear a confirmation tone when turning Call Forwarding on or off.
  4. If you forward your calls to a long distance number, you’ll be billed the applicable long distance charges.

HSPA/UMTS

  1. Go to the Call Settings menu from the main menu of your phone. Select Call Forwarding.
  2. Select the type of call you’d like to forward and then follow the prompts to activate.
  3. You’ll receive a free confirmation text message to confirm that your action has been completed.
  4. If you forward your calls to a long distance number, you’ll be billed the applicable long distance charges.
  5. Only select international phone numbers will work with Call Forwarding.
