Key benefits

  • This service identifies the location of other Bell Mobility cell phones within Bell Mobility coverage areas in Ontario, Quebec and select cities in British Columbia and Alberta.
  • Once you've set up the service with the permission of the cell phone owners you wish to locate, find them using our Seek & Find Web site .
  • Cell phone owners are notified by a free text message once they're located.
  • Service is available on select Assisted GPS cell phones.

Security
  • Subscribers can only be located by those they have given permission to do so. Cell phone owners are notified by a free text message once they're located
Add contacts
  • If you have a FamilyShare account, get the passwords for each of the phones you'd like to add.
  • If you have a separate account - permission needs to be given by the person being located.
Add landmarks and scheduled alerts
  • Customize the Seek & Find service to suit your daily routine. Set up alerts to inform you when your contacts enter or leave your designated landmarks such as arrivals from work or school

Coverage in British Columbia and Alberta limited to select cities: Vancouver, Victoria, Edmonton and Calgary. Cellphone must be turned on in order to be located. Service accuracy varies based on local and other conditions (i.e. indoors/underground, surrounded by tall structures, etc).
