Where can I find my current account balance online?



To see your account balance on bell.ca, you need to log in with a My Bell username and password. This lets us know who you are and ensures that you are the only one who can see your personal information. My Bell is the section of the site where you can manage your bills and personalize your services. Don't have a My Bell username? Register now

Depending on whether your services are consolidated on One Bill or appear on separate bills, there are two ways to check your balance online:

Your services are on One Bill

  1. On the bell.ca homepage, click Support and then Billing on the top menu.
  2. Click on View current balance under Manage your bill online.
  3. If prompted, enter your My Bell username and password and click Log in.

Keep in mind that there may be a delay before payment is reflected in your account balance, typically five to seven business days depending on your payment method (online banking, bank branch, ATM, cheque, etc.)

Your services are on separate bills

If you haven't yet switched to One Bill, you'll need to follow a different set of steps to find the account balance for each service. Click the name of your service to start.

  • Mobile
    • On the bell.ca homepage, click the Log in link.
    • Enter your My Bell username and password and then click the Log in button.
    • From the My Bell home page, click on your mobile number.
    • On the My wireless services page, click View my bill under Billing & usage.
    • In eCare, look for the Amount due to the left of the page.
  • Internet
    • On the bell.ca homepage, click the Log in link.
    • Enter your My Bell username and password and then click the Log in button.
    • In the My services section, click on the email address for your Internet service.
    • On the My Internet service page, click See my bill under Usage & billing.
    • The total next to the most recent date is your amount due.
    • With a separate Internet bill, you'll only see the amount due on your last bill. The amount due does not reflect recent payments or adjustments.
  • TV
    • On the bell.ca homepage, click the Log in link.
    • Enter your My Bell username and password and then click the Log in button.
    • In the My services section, click on the account number of your TV service.
    • On the My television service page, click See my bill under Usage & billing.
    • Click View detailed bill.
    • With a separate TV bill, you'll only see the amount due on your last bill. The amount due does not reflect recent payments or adjustments.
  • Home phone
    Follow the steps for the One Bill above. If you cannot see your account balance, you'll first need to sign up for One Bill.
