The installation and maintenance of wiring and jacks inside your premises is your responsibility. If you ask Bell to perform the work, the following charges apply.

Installing a new jack or moving an existing jack
First installation or move: $99
Each additional installation or move done on the same service call: $55


Repair or wiring of a jack
You are responsible for the repairs to your inside wiring up to the network interface device containing your demarcation jack. We can repair your wiring and jacks; the rate for a repair is $99.

Damage to Bell equipment
If you are doing work on your home, such as installing a pool, replacing siding or trimming branches, and Bell equipment is damaged in the process, you are responsible for repairs and the following charges apply (*):

$77  for the first hour of work
$18.40  for each additional 15 minutes

You can request a repair online or call 6-1-1.

(*) In some cases there may be additional charges for contractors, municipal consent, or whatever the additional expense involved in restoring service. These will be charged to the customer.
