Change in Mobility fees 

Effective July 21, 2006, the price for the following Mobility features will change:

• 100 additional local minutes feature (Minute Pak feature) will increase from $10 to $12 per month
• Unlimited 1X Mobile Browser™ feature will increase from $5 to $7 per month

100 additional minutes feature

This feature continues to provide an attractive 12¢ per minute rate in comparison to your regular out of bundle rate of up to 30¢ per minute. These minutes can be used anytime of the day to extend your talk time.

Unlimited 1X Mobile Browser feature

The Mobile Browser feature lets you download the latest ringtones, screensavers and games* right to your phone. Check your e-mail or get the latest news and sports updates anytime, anywhere.

Bell is continually enhancing the wireless web experience, and you will continue to receive great value with this feature versus pay-per-use rates. For example:

• Downloading just 1 ringtone can cost $3.25**(at 5¢ per KB) plus the one-time fee of the ringtone.
• Downloading just 1 game can cost $6.25**(at 5¢ per KB) plus the one-time fee of the game
