Checking your account balance 



There are many easy ways to check your Prepaid balance.

You can:

  • Log in to My Bell (if you don't have a username and password, register now). From the My Wireless services page, select View my account balance.
  • Launch Mobile Browser on your mobile phone, select Self serve and choose Real time balance.
  • Send a text message to TCARE. Once you receive a text back with the menu, send a text with the letter A.
  • Call #321 free from your mobile phone.
