FAQ

  1. When will I receive my promo code?
    Your promo code will be sent via text message (SMS) to your Pixel 3 or Pixel 3 XL phone number one to two weeks after you receive your new device.

  2. It’s been more than 3 weeks since I received my device and I still have not received an SMS.
    Please note that this offer is available while quantities last. We will only send an SMS to customers who pre-order while the bonus is still available.

  3. The promo code did not auto-populate at checkout.
    You can add your code manually in the section “Add promo code.” Your promo code is found at the end of the URL in your SMS, as highlighted below (B-XXX). https://store.google.com/ca/product/pixel_stand?promoCode=B-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

  4. How do I view the registration site in French?
    To view the registration site in French, click Canada at the bottom of the page and change to Canada (French). Upon checkout, enter your code in the section “Add a promo code” to proceed.

  5. I need to change my shipping address after I registered for my gift. Who can I notify to ensure I get my gift at my new address?
    Please contact Google Store Support.

  6. I have a PO box address. Can my gift be shipped there?
    Unfortunately, Google is unable to ship your gift to a PO box. An alternative shipping address will be required.

  7. Can my gift be shipped to a Bell store?
    Unfortunately, Google is unable to ship to stores. An alternative shipping address will be required.

  8. It’s been more than 2 weeks since I registered and I haven’t received my gift.
    The confirmation email sent from Google Store will provide shipment tracking information. For further support, please contact Google Store Support with the order number found in your Google Store confirmation email.

  9. I accidentally lost my promo code. Can I get another one?
    Unfortunately, Bell is unable to provide additional codes, as the offer is available while quantities last.

  10. My code is not working on Google Store / I’m having trouble with the redemption website.
    Please contact Google Store Support for assistance.

Registration instructions

  1. Bell will send a text message (SMS) to the phone number associated with your Pixel 3 or Pixel 3 XL one to two weeks after you activate your new device. The SMS will contain a unique URL with a promo code embedded to register on Google’s Gstore for your bonus Pixel Stand. Make sure you keep your URL safe, as we are unable to replace lost codes.

  2. You will need to sign in/create a Google Account to register. Click the link and add the Pixel Stand to your Shopping Cart. Upon Checkout, the Pixel Stand and shipping costs are included at $0. Please follow the instructions on screen to complete the registration. You will need to provide the following:
    • Name
    • Phone number
    • Shipping address (PO box addresses are not accepted)
    • Email address
    • Credit card information (your credit card will not be charged)

    Please ensure you register before December 31, 2018.

  3. You will receive a confirmation email from Google with shipping and tracking information 24–48 hours after registering. Your gift will arrive at the shipping address provided within one to two weeks of your registration.
