  • Crave Basic with Ads is ideal for individual users across all supported devices. Get one stream at a time with good video resolution of up to 720p.
  • Crave Premium Ad-free is ideal for multiple users across all supported devices. Get our best video resolution up to 1080p, cast to your big screen, download to watch anywhere and watch on up to four streams at the same time.

  1. You can subscribe to Crave Basic with Ads or Crave Premium Ad-freethrough MyBell or by visiting a Bell store.
  2. To add Crave to your Bell Mobility account, go to crave.ca/link/bell-mobility to get set up.
  3. If you’re new to Crave, create an account. If you already have one, you can use your existing Crave credentials.
  4. You’ll be directed to link your Crave account to your Bell Mobility phone number.
  5. Enter the one-time verification code sent to your Bell Mobility phone number by text message.
  6. Complete the setup, and select Start Watching to go back to the Crave home page.

Once you have created and linked your Crave account to your Bell Mobility phone number, go to crave.ca, or download the Crave app and follow these instructions:

  1. Select the person icon in the top right corner and select Sign in.
  2. Use the first option to sign in directly through Crave.
  3. Enter the email address and password you used when creating your account.
  4. Start watching.

Yes, Crave Premium Ad-free subscribers can download up to 20 pieces of content across five devices registered for offline downloads at any given time. Learn more.

Note: offline viewing of downloaded content is not available on Crave Basic with Ads plan.

Yes, Crave Premium Ad-free subscribers can watch Crave on a variety of devices including their television.

Crave Basic with Ads is available on all supported devices through the Crave app, and on the web via crave.ca.

Yes, you’ll need a MyBell profile to manage your Crave subscription through Bell Mobility. Learn how to register for MyBell.
Yes, you can have more than one Crave subscription per Bell Mobility account. Each eligible line should be linked to its own Crave account.

Yes. You can have multiple Crave subscriptions, if you like. You can also link your Bell Mobility subscription to a crave.ca account by going to Partner Linking under Account Management on the Crave app or crave.ca. Under Account Management, you can also manage or cancel a crave.ca subscription. To modify your Bell Mobility Crave subscription, visit MyBell.

Note: features included with Crave packages may differ slightly by provider. We recommend you understand what’s available with your current package before making changes to avoid any disruption of service. For example, Crave is automatically integrated into the Bell TV experience. Customers can access Crave directly from their Bell receiver by selecting the On Demand section or by going to channel 1310(HD) or 310 (SD).

The same Crave content library is available with all subscription plans, regardless of how you sign up. This includes the latest originals from Crave, HBO, Max and Showtime, the entire HBO library, the biggest Hollywood blockbusters and the best French-language content in Canada. STARZ is not available through Bell Mobility.

  • With a Crave subscription from your TV provider (e.g. Bell Fibe TV), your monthly Crave subscription is billed by your TV provider. You can access Crave on all of the Crave digital apps as well as get access via your TV provider platforms (e.g. receiver or provider app).
  • With a Crave subscription from Bell Mobility, you’ll see a monthly charge for Crave on your Bell bill, as well as a credit for the same amount for the promotional period of 24 months. You can manage your Crave subscription directly through MyBell.
  • With a Crave subscription directly from crave.ca, your monthly subscription is billed by Crave.
