1 Bell Satisfaction Guarantee Terms and Conditions
Bell will refund your monthly service fees and any applicable installation fees, activation fees and related equipment fees if you are unsatisfied with one of our Eligible Services (described below) and call Customer Service within 30 days of service activation to cancel that service and request a refund. Usage fees (such as long-distance charges, Internet usage above your plan, and Pay-Per-View or On Demand programming) are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued as bill credits or by other means determined by Bell in its discretion.
Eligible Services- Bell Home Phone (excluding Primary Exchange Service-Residence Individual Line)
- Bell Internet (excluding Dial-Up, Portable and Rural services)
- Bell TV (including Bell Fibe TV)
Note: Bell Mobility services (including Turbo Stick and Turbo Hub) are not eligible for the Bell Satisfaction Guarantee.
Conditions- The service address of your Eligible Service must be in Quebec or Ontario.
- For Quebec activations: Refunds will be issued only for Eligible Services newly activated on or after September 7, 2010. For Ontario activations: Refunds will be issued only for Eligible Services newly activated on or after November 22, 2010.
- Refunds will be issued only for newly activated Eligible Services. No refunds will be issued to customers modifying or upgrading any existing Eligible Services.
- Prior to issuing a refund for equipment purchased directly from Bell, the equipment must be returned to Bell in the same condition as when it was purchased, with all original packing materials, manuals, accessories and associated equipment, along with proof of purchase.
- To return purchased or rented equipment obtained from a retailer (including a Bell store), call Customer Service at 1 888 759-3474 to arrange the return of the hardware and the cancellation/crediting of the account. Inactive rental kits or receivers may be returned to the store within 15 days of purchase date as per current process.
- You may claim no more than one (1) refund under the Bell Satisfaction Guarantee in any 12 month period.
- You must be fully compliant with the terms and conditions applicable to your Eligible Services.
- All accounts for Bell services must be in good standing.
