Note: In the case of Bell Aliant Regional Communications customers, with respect to the provision of unregulated services, all references to "Bell Canada", "Bell" or "Your Service Provider" in the Agreements found under the headings Bell Internet Terms of Service, Unregulated Terms of Service and E-bill Terms of Service are deemed to be references to "Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership ("Bell Aliant"). There are several legal documents associated with using the Bell Internet access service, MSN® Premium, the additional Net Services, and all other applicable value-added services; each imposes specific legal obligations on you.
Service Agreements for Internet access
As a condition of using the Bell Internet service you are required to agree to the applicable Bell Internet Service Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy. Please select the link below that corresponds to the service to which you have subscribed. The Acceptable Use Policy is found at the end of the Service Agreement.
- Bell Internet Essential, Bell Internet Essential Plus, Bell Internet Performance, Bell Internet Performance Plus, Bell Internet Fibe, Bell Internet High Speed, Bell Internet High Speed Ultra, Bell Internet Basic and Bell Internet Basic Lite services (effective Oct 1, 2010)

Service Agreements for Anti-Spam feature
Your use of the Anti-Spam feature requires you to agree to the applicable Service Agreement:

- Anti-Spam Bell Internet Dial-up service Regular and Occasional (effective May 1, 2010)

The following equipment terms of sale apply to your purchase of the equipment required to use the Bell Internet Rural service and Bell Internet Portable service:

Service Agreements for MSN Premium
Your use of MSN Premium requires you to agree to the following agreement:
Note: Current GetEmail subscribers who are upgrading to MSN Premium must manually back up and record the following GetEmail attributes as they will be lost upon logging into MSN Premium: E-mail in Folders, Address Book entries, POP Mail attributes, Block Sender List and Safe List, and Signature. You must manually transfer the above into MSN Premium.
Service Agreements for Windows Live™
Your use of Windows Live as provided by Microsoft Corporation requires you to agree to the following agreement:
In this instance the Windows Live Privacy Policy applies, and the Bell Privacy and Security Policy is not applicable.

Software Licenses
Your use of any software supplied by your Bell Internet service provider and/or its suppliers, or otherwise made available for your use in connection with Bell Internet service, is subject to the terms and conditions of an associated software license agreement. A copy of the applicable software license agreement will either be included with the software or will be presented during the registration or installation process of the relevant software. Unless otherwise provided in the applicable software license agreement, all software license agreements will terminate upon termination of the Bell Internet Service Agreement.
Acceptable Use
The Acceptable Use Policy that applies to your use of Bell Internet service to which you have subscribed is found at the end of the corresponding Bell Internet Service Agreement. Please visit the section above entitled “Service Agreements for Internet Access” and select the link that corresponds to the service to which you have subscribed.
