Request a sign language interpreter for your Bell store visit

Through our partnership with the Canadian Hearing Services, Bell is proud to offer this complimentary service to our customers. At your request, a sign language interpreter can accompany you on a visit to any Bell store in Ontario or Quebec for up to two (2) hours per visit. We will also make best efforts to accommodate customers seeking a complementary sign language interpreter at Bell stores outside of Ontario and Quebec, but availability may be limited depending on province and location. The interpreter may accompany you for all inquiries except billing-related matters.

Information you provide will be shared with Canadian Hearing Services in order to facilitate your request.
